NEW ME, DOWN 41 POUNDS!

I would like to share my experience at Vitastir. I have ordered the Tirzepatide for weight loss for close to 4 months now.

Ive been on their Tirzepatide for months and have never had any issues. The medication is working great, and Im very pleased. Ive lost over 50 lbs.

Asked to cancel and they still keep taking my money

I have emails asking to cancel. I accidentally put my wrong weight; I'm too thin to take this medicine. I am 5'10', 140 lbs, and they wouldn't cancel the first order, which I could accept, but then they processed another order, and regardless of my emails proving I canceled, they refuse.

Yes, I sent you pictures and jumped through your hoops, which is never a good sign when your provider is more interested in finding a reason not to replace your compromised prescription. I have the right to demand a replacement prescription when the product I bought was defective, and I wrote and called to inform you of the problem.
All I want is what I paid for, $341.20, for a good prescription. I can return your bottle as it came, and you send me a good prescription that is not compromised. I don't like your attitude, trying to force me to take the defective prescription while making me take pictures and write stories to help you find a reason not to replace it. In every case of customer service, if the customer is dissatisfied with the product sent, he has every right to return it for a replacement or a refund.
I run a business and work 10-hour days. I don't have time for this foolishness.

I ordered 3 months they sent me 1 month
- - I ordered a 3-month supply and was told 0.80 per injection, but received 0.25.
- - They offered no help resolving the issue; stay away.
total rip-off! I ordered a 3-month supply from Vitastir and clearly told them I take 0.80 per injection.
They sent me only 0.25 instead! When I tried to resolve it, they offered no help.
This company is a complete scam; they take your money and deliver far less than promised. Stay away from Vitastir; they're worse than highway robbery!

This same thing happened to me with my orders that month. Of course it was the first time I ordered more than a month supply.
They assured me I should be going from 100 units to 25 and then up it to 35 if I didnt have any issues.
I've been on this for over a year why would I have issues now? No surprise 35 does absolutely nothing and I'm up 15 pounds and out $650.

When you call to say you don't need or want the item, they will hold your money hostage. They will not give you a refund, and they will not send you the item either—even though they have been paid. They are scam artists.
Do not purchase through this outfit. I have never dealt with a company that is this dishonorable.

I have yet to be contacted but I do want to make it known I have had no issues with VITAstir for 7-8+ MONTHS & they are a FANTASTIC Mounjaro/Zepbound (Tirzepatide Compound as well as Semaglutide Compounding Clinic that is fast delivery & has never given me a single issue until charging me this month for a subscription service for $521.00 without sending any notice of receipt & confirmation of my Injections order being processed & delivered after waiting 8 days since payment has posted & I have contacted them to NO AVAIL!!! I am hoping to reach them today.
I would like to add that THEY ARE THE BEST COMPOUNDING Service Providers I have EVER USED.
This is just a 1 Time Issue!! I found out that you had made a transaction through my checking account without my knowledge of $341... I was in shock after I had sent repeated emails and phone calls with voice messages and yet you chose to process that subscription after I told you over and over not to do it therefore I believe your company needs to be reported I will be going to the bank tomorrow to find out what I can do against this company
